Sarah is the Owner and Principle Physiotherapist at Giggle & Go Kids Physio. Sarah is a highly experienced and passionate Physiotherapist in Paediatrics. She has dedicated her career to helping children overcome physical challenges and achieve their highest potential. Originally from the beautiful Blue Mountains of NSW with her family, she is bringing her extensive knowledge and compassionate approach to the homes of families throughout Australia via telehealth. She has a special interest in Rural Health, with personal connections to the Far West region of NSW. Sarah studied at Charles Sturt University which has a specific emphasis on Rural and Remote Health. Sarah is currently travelling around Australia with her family and provides some face to face Rural and Remote Outreach Services whenever possible.
Clinical Expertise
With over 15 years of clinical experience, Sarah possesses a comprehensive understanding of a wide range of paediatric conditions and disabilities. Sarah has completed extensive post-graduate paediatric training over the years and she maintains a robust continued professional development schedule to remain up to date in current clinical practice and research. Sarah has worked in the public, private and not-for profit sectors. Her expertise encompasses developmental delays, neurological conditions, musculoskeletal conditions, genetic disorders, and post-surgical rehabilitation, among others. She has worked with children of all ages, from Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) babies to infants to adolescents, tailoring her treatments to meet the individual needs of each child.
As a mum to two young children, including one neurodivergent child, she understands the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment, where children feel comfortable expressing their concerns and actively participating in their therapy sessions. Sarah's approach is characterized by her warmth, empathy, and ability to build trust with her young patients. Her positive and engaging style encourages children to embrace their therapy journey and strive for progress.
